How is shipping done
The products from our range are shipped via DHL.

Shop opening times:
Monday - Thursday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Friday 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Saturday 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Outside of our opening times, please contact us (Tel.: 0162 - 474 56 10).

Office hours:
Monday - Thursday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

The delivery time
Your order will be processed immediately after receipt and will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours.

Your order will be delivered within a delivery period of up to 3 working days within Germany, provided the goods are in stock. For deliveries to an EU country, the delivery period is up to 8 working days. In the case of advance payment, we will ship immediately after receipt of payment in our account.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs apply as a flat rate per order, regardless of the weight or number of packages.

We deliver FREE SHIPPING for orders over 40 euros within Germany, and 300 euros outside Germany.
